2020

To many, 2020 will go down as the "forgotten season" since DCI and DCI SoundSport were unable to perform due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic that basically shut the world down for an entire year right as our spring season was beginning.  This season was supposed to be our "coming out party" with our second in El Paso, TX being our main hub for operations.  We had 51 auditionees for the December Camp and another additional 52 in January and were looking to travel further than we had in previous seasons (Mesa, AZ; St. Louis, MO; Broken Arrow, OK; Denton, TX along with a stop in Albuquerque, NM (Our other home)).  Unfortunately, this would never come to fruition.  Our contractees as well as staff were further along than we ever had been by the end of our February Camp.  These contractees will forever be the 2020 Members of the "Bomb Squad" and  we chose to remember 2020 as "The Season That Would Have Been".

ARSENAL'S RETURN TO THE FIELD IN GOLDEN FASHION

After a 3 year absence from the drum and bugle corps activity,  Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corps returned to the activity in a shortened 21 day season.  The 31 members were exposed to the activity with all day rehearsals, (2)  July 4 performances, a Send-Off Show, the 2022 Bomb Squad hit the "Paseo Del Norte" and embarked on their Summer Tour Competing at both DCI - Drums Along The Rockies Shows (Cheyenne, WY and Ft Collins, CO).  This season was a complete success as the 2022 corps received the "Gold Medal" for the 2022 DCI-SoundSport Virtual Championships and paved the way for the resurgence of Arsenal Drum and Bugle Corps.
