Arsenal Performing Arts, Inc., holds a deep-seated philosophy of Education Through Performance. Our mission is to provide life enriching experiences to our youth through the platform of Marching and Winter Guard Performing Arts. In Arsenal PA, our mission is to promote and protect opportunity for all members. Our organization is stronger when we embrace diversity and ensure respectful inclusion. Regarding Complaints of Misconduct and How to File a Grievance:

Any person who feels they have been harassed, discriminated against, or otherwise treated negatively because of their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics, should file a complaint with members of the administrative team or directly to the board of directors at contact@arsenalperformingarts.org.
